Streaming Display on Registration Client

Registration Client version 1.2.0.1-B1
I am seeing a random gray “curtain” display on the streaming images of the Registration client when scanning fingerprints.

(Ovals are to remove PII)

This does not show when viewing the streaming URL from the browser.

  1. Do others see this also?
  2. If not, is there a MOCK implementation of SBI streaming I can use to compare?
  3. Is there a detailed streaming protocol specification? I seem to recall one but cannot find it now.

As of now, we haven’t observed this issue on our end. However, we’re working on reproducing it to understand the root cause better. In the meantime, you can refer to our documentation on the MOCK SBI streaming service for assistance. Please find the documentation here.
