Hello Team,
I have a problem deploying MOSIP in a local on-prem environment without DNS. I have 4 servers (1 Master and 3 Workers) with Master (8 vCPU and 16 GB RAM) and Workers (12 vCPU and 32 GB RAM). The external modules deploy well, but when I deploy the Mosip modules some fail and others consume a lot of resources in 96% and 98%.
Please can you help me to solve these problems.
Dear @herveg,
Thank you for reaching out, Let me ask one of our experts to help you with your query.
Best Regards

Hi @herveg
As per MOSIP standard documentation k8s-infra/mosip/on-prem/requirements.md at main · mosip/k8s-infra · GitHub
You need at least 6 nodes to deploy both the External and MOSIP Modules successfully. Please try as per the recommended configuration, and let us know how it went

Hi Praful,
Thank you very much for your promptness, I appreciate it. I would like to know if I will need a total of 7 Servers, i.e. 1 Master and 6 nodes (is the Nginx server included in this number of nodes).
Best regards
Hervé
Hi @herveg
You’re most welcome, and thank you for your kind words.
Yes, a total of 7 nodes will be required for the setup:
- 3 nodes for the control plane (master nodes) to ensure high availability
- 3 nodes for the worker node
- 1 dedicated node for the Nginx server
Best Regards,
Team MOSIP
