Synergy Env CTK Test BiometricsQualityCheck FAILED

Hello Mosip Team,

I am currently testing my face bio device in a Synergy environment. While conducting the test case “SBI1075 - Biometrics Quality Check for Registration capture - Left Slap,” I encountered the following results. It appears that there may be an issue with the BQAT SDK service in the environment.

I also attempted to test a fingerprint device, and the results were identical.

CTK can run test cases normally now. Thanks for your help. @suraj
