Self Registration Collab Credentials Not Working

I was asked to open a separate thread regarding an issue with the Collab credentials.

When I try to access the credentials through either the Inji web (https://injiweb.collab.mosip.net/) or the Inji wallet mobile wallet, the system returns “Invalid UID.” However, I am entering the same UID that was shared with me by email when the Collab credentials were created.

Could you please help check whether the UID is still valid or whether there may be an issue with how it was generated or registered?
