Reason for Downtime:

We are performing a clean-up of unused data in the database to optimise storage utilisation and improve system efficiency.

Impact:

:warning: During this activity, the system may experience temporary downtime or reduced performance. Users might face intermittent unavailability or delays in processing requests until the maintenance is completed.

Hi @Varaniya1 ,

Is the downtime maintenance already in motion as compared to the communication as I am currently facing as issue with adding my newly created collab credentials both via Mobile and Web.

When I try verification via eSignet using credentials provided via my emails, the system responds with “Please enter valid UIN”
