Date: 26th March 2026
Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST

Reason for Downtime:

We are performing a clean-up of unused data in the database to optimise storage utilisation and improve system efficiency.

Impact:

During this activity, the system may experience temporary downtime or reduced performance. Users might face intermittent unavailability or delays in processing requests until the maintenance is completed.

Hi @Varaniya1 ,

Is the downtime maintenance already in motion as compared to the communication as I am currently facing as issue with adding my newly created collab credentials both via Mobile and Web.

When I try verification via eSignet using credentials provided via my emails, the system responds with “Please enter valid UIN”

Hi @Varaniya1 I am still unable to get my collab credentials on Injiweb.

in addition to thi s, my iOS Inji Wallet Test period has exprired and looks like the Testing code no longer works, could you help me with an extented Test Flight code so that we can test the tools during the hackathon phase.
