To run the registration client on your local system and obtain login credentials, you’ll need to register as an operator. Please fill out this form to complete your registration.
Additionally, you can refer to the Collab Registration Client Setup Guide for detailed instructions on setting up and using the registration client in the collab environment.

I completed the form a few weeks ago and received an email with a UIN. However, I have not received any other information.
I am currently stuck on Step 2: Login.
The username and password fields are missing.
A few weeks ago, I re-submitted the form, and no user or password information was shared with me.

Hi @Varaniya1 , can you help me with my user & password. I goit 2 UIN: XXXXXX1452 and XXXXX7647, in both cases I never got a user and password.

Apologies for the delayed response.
I understand that you’re trying to log in to the registration client to experience the registration process. For this, operator access needs to be provided, which is a separate process from UIN generation.
I’m currently checking whether your machine details and TPM details have been submitted to enable operator access for you.
In the meantime, if you haven’t already provided details such as your machine specifications and public key, please complete this form to share them with us.

For me the best time is today 9:30 EST or when is better for you, early my morning or late afternoon is good to me.
