Dear All,
As part of an upcoming maintenance activity in the Collab environment, the MOSIP team will be removing user records that have been inactive for more than one year. This deletion activity will commence from 26th March 2026.
To ensure your profile remains active, we request you to complete the following steps:
Log in to the Health Portal on Collab
Perform user authentication using your UIN/VID
Missed activating your profile?
If your profile gets deactivated or removed, you can generate a new UIN/VID through the Self Registration Portal. Please refer to the detailed guide to help you through the process.
We encourage all users to take action at the earliest to avoid any disruption.
