This is a friendly reminder that the planned maintenance activity for the MOSIP Collab environment is scheduled to begin on 11 June 2026.

:warning: Action Required

As part of the maintenance process, a full environment backup will commence at:

  • 12:00 AM IST on 11 June 2026 (08:30 PM CET on 10 June 2026)

To ensure data consistency during the upgrade:

  • Please do not perform any new registrations, updates, or data modifications after the backup window begins.

  • The platform upgrade activities will begin at:

    • 09:00 AM IST on 11 June 2026 (05:30 AM CET on 11 June 2026)

We kindly request all users to plan their activities accordingly and complete any pending transactions before the backup window begins.

The Collab environment is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance and is expected to be available by Friday EOD. The issue you are experiencing is due to the ongoing downtime, as all services in the Collab environment are temporarily unavailable.

We kindly request that you wait until the maintenance is completed before attempting to use any features in the Collab environment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
