Important Collab Environment Downtime for Migration to AWS

Dear Community Users,

This is an important notice regarding upcoming maintenance activity for the Collab environment.

What’s Happening?

We’re excited to announce that we’re migrating the Collab environment to Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide a more robust and scalable platform! This migration will take place from March 19, 2024, to March 20, 2024.

What to Expect:

  • Downtime: During this period, the Collab environment will be unavailable for new user registrations or testing of any modules.
  • Data Backup: On March 18th, after 6:00 PM IST, we will perform a full data backup of the existing Collab environment.
  • Registration Freeze: Following the backup, we will not accept any new user registrations to ensure a smooth data migration.
  • Sanity Testing: After data migration, we will conduct thorough testing to ensure everything functions as expected.

What Happens After March 20th?

Once the migration and testing are complete (estimated by March 20th), the Collab environment will be back online and available for you to:

  • Test and explore MOSIP technology
  • Register new users
  • Collaborate and contribute to the MOSIP community

We Apologize for Any Inconvenience
