Hello MOSIP Team,

I submitted the Google Form for registering my Windows machine to use the Registration Client in the MOSIP Collab environment, but I have not yet received any confirmation, credentials, or WireGuard access details.

Details:

  • Name: Vineet Sen
  • Email used in the form: vineet.sen@truscholar.io
  • Form submission date: 20/08/2026
  • Request: Registration Client machine registration for the MOSIP Collab environment

Could you please confirm whether my request has been received and let me know the expected processing time? Please also let me know if any additional information or action is required from my side.

For security reasons, I have not shared my TPM details publicly, but I can provide them privately if required.

Following up on your reply dated 08-09-2026, where you had mentioned that the credentials for the MOSIP Collab environment would be shared by end of day. We have not received them yet, so I wanted to check if anything further is required from our side.

Could you please share the Collab environment details and credentials at your earliest convenience? Our Registration Client machine registration activity is currently on hold pending this access.
