Failure downloading Prostgre SQL - HTTP Error 404: Not Found

As I am trying to run an ansible script for installation of MOSIP on CentOS 7.8 Via this command a site.yml --ask-pass
fatal: [console.sb]: FAILED! => {“changed” : false, “msg” : “Failure downloading https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/12/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm, HTTP Error 404: Not Found” }

Any alternate or solution for this error?
