Applicant Biometric Exception Capture UI Issue

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue in the Android Registration Client.

  • Normal applicant biometric capture works correctly.

  • But when capturing biometrics with exceptions (finger/iris marked as exception), the UI does not update with the captured images and quality score.

  • The operator biometric exception flow works correctly, but the applicant exception flow does not.

Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to make the applicant exception capture behave like the operator capture?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

  • The biometric vendor and SDK being used
  • A screenshot or screen recording demonstrating the issue
  • The logcat logs captured while reproducing the applicant exception biometric capture flow.
