Hi

Are you trying to book an appointment for Reg Center created in only a single language? That may cause this error.
Please create Reg Center in all available languages.
If not, please give some more details.

What do you mean by “onlya single language” , can we book an appointmenet by differenet language ?

Registration Center is created via Admin UI in multiple languages. User can selected language while logging into PreReg and create an application in available languages. For example: user can create an application in English, French (based on your setup), and if he selects to book an appointment for a center which is created only in English then above issue may occur.

Please provide me your setup details and logs to help you further.
