We are trying to integrate authentication service with mosip. Encryption steps are followed as per mosip documentation. But we are getting response as “{“transactionID”:“cc48a798-a33e-4c97-874d-04e5fb7c48c7”,“version”:“1.0”,“id”:“mosip.identity.auth”,“errors”:[{“errorCode”:“IDA-MLC-007”,“errorMessage”:“Request could not be processed. Please try again”}],“responseTime”:“2024-12-04T07:26:37.668Z”,“response”:{“authStatus”:false,“authToken”:null}}” What could be the possible issue. Can any one share the details of how encryption is done and how does iv and aad values are passed?

Dear Mosip Team,
Sorry for the delayed response from my side. Actually this is not production environment, we are integrating our payment gateway and kyc applications with mosip. We have referred the documents and built the mosip-client which will be the authentication partner agent to connect to mosip for authentication and kyc. We are using mock mds for generating biometrics data. As of now all request format and encryption looks to be correct but still we are not getting success response. Only generic failure message we are getting “IDA-MLC-007” - “Request could not be processed. Please try again”.
We are in touch with the mosip team assigned to us. Still the issue is not resolved. I was checking in mosip community that anyone can help us to understand and troubleshoot the issue and with the same concern I created a topic in forum.
If you can share any java source code sample for encrypting the request it would be great help. For reference I have attached logs.
Thanks for your concern
