Issue while accessing Partner Management Portal

We are getting issue with /validatetoken throwing 401 unauthorized.

Did it redirect to partner portal login? Looks like some roles are missing. Can you send us the roles for the user from keyclock.

It didn’t redirect anywhere, just stays at partner portal. Also it didn’t ask for any user creds so don’t know which user’s role do I need to look and share with you.

Oh ok. Can you try this in an incognito window? Might be there is some valid admin user session available.
