I need to backup postgres and nfs weekely

to backup is there any special methods like disabling the pods replica to 0 and taking backup or just we can take backup normally
please guide us here to take my weekly backup or is there any specific document for that

@HariHaran_R — technically we don’t need to perform any extra steps on the services part for taking a backup of the DB. It is completely a DB-level operation, and the approach depends on the following factors:

  1. Database size
  2. Non peak hours
  3. Type of setup
  4. Retention policy
