How can i get support on deployment of MOSIP at on premise?

I am trying to deploy MOSIP on an on-premise K8s cluster but am facing many difficulties. I need support from the community or MOSIP concern. How can I get that support? Is there any email or WhatsApp for that?

Thank you for reaching out, Definitely we will extend help while you want to deploy MOSIP on premise. Also, before we come to a virtual call we would like to request you to enlist all the issues you faced, sequence you followed and if you could share logs etc.
Also, if you have referred to the documentation and if you chose the latest stable LTS (long term support) version of it.

We can come to an online meeting, however, before that please share the issues you faced. We will try to identify the reasons looking into the issues and post solutions here. If that may not help, one of us will then address it with an online/virtual call. I hope you understand the constrain as we consider the online call as the last resort looking at our engineer’s already packed calendar.
