I have a small query regarding the workflow to load PRIDs in regclient. Can regclient load any PRIDs irrespective of whether the machine and PRID center are mapped or not?
I got a little confused while I was testing this. I have 2 centers under the same hierarchy. For the PRID which I created, I chose center 2. My machine was mapped to center 1, but when I tried to fetch the details by entering the PRID, it was able to fetch it. I got confused about how it’s able to load the information when the user had chosen a different center. Could you please clarify this?
If the PRID used to fetch data is not booked for the same center and zone where the resident has arrived for registration, the data can still be retrieved using the On-Demand Fetch option.
In such scenarios, the operator may proceed with the registration process by pre-filling the available demographic details fetched through the PRID and continue with the remaining steps of the application as per the standard workflow.
