Release Announcement: Inji Certify - 0.12.2 is here!

Dear Community Users,

We’re pleased to announce the release of Inji Certify v0.12.2!

This update focuses on enabling issuers with greater control and flexibility in managing their credential signing infrastructure, while enhancing overall usability and operational stability. With this release, Certify introduces key APIs to streamline integration with external Certificate Authorities (CAs) — empowering issuers to securely manage the full certificate lifecycle and extend their credential issuance capacity.

:key: Key Highlights

:white_check_mark: CSR & Certificate Management APIs – Certify now provides issuer-facing APIs to generate Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs) via Key Manager for app id and ref id, download them, and upload externally signed certificates. The uploaded certificates are validated and securely stored, enabling immediate use for Verifiable Credential (VC) signing.
:white_check_mark: Updated Documentation & Postman References – All documentation links and Postman collections now point to the collaboration environment, ensuring a smoother onboarding and integration experience for external users.
:white_check_mark: Database Script Correction – Shed lock table has been added to the database scripts to support distributed job scheduling, improving reliability and consistency in production deployments.

These enhancements collectively strengthen Certify’s readiness for real-world, large-scale integrations, giving issuers a more secure, extensible, and operationally efficient foundation for verifiable credential issuance.

We thank our community and contributors for your continued support.

Your feedback continues to drive the evolution of Inji Certify toward a more robust, secure, and interoperable future.
