Preregistration application deployment issue

Hi MOSIP team,

All core modules and the other pre-registration micro-services start fine, but prereg-application keeps restarting.

i think below is the reason for that.

MasterDataNotAvailableException (KER-MSD-016) “Valid document not found”

below are the error logs

io.mosip.preregistration.core.exception.MasterDataNotAvailableException: KER-MSD-016 → Valid document not found
at io.mosip.preregistration.core.util.ValidationUtil.getAllDocCategoriesAndTypes(ValidationUtil.java:340)

Could you please confirm which version of the masterdata-loader you have executed? Also, kindly check the masterdata-loader logs to ensure it has completed successfully.
From the observations, it appears that the issue might be related to the masterdata-loader, which could be affecting the prereg-application service.

I installed latest stable version of MOSIP services , which is 1.2.0.1

  1. Full log stack trace from the time the error occurred.
  2. Configuration properties (i.e. application properties or YAML) used for the Pre-Registration modules, including:
  • prereg-application-service
  • or any other relevant modules used in your setup
