I am following this directory structure “GitHub - mosip/esignet: Open ID based e-Signet service for large scale verification & authentication.” , by this i am attempting to run the esignet with mosip via docker container, here inside the docker-compose folder all insructions are given , There is a step where i need to create oidc token via mgmt folder, but i am getting an 404 error , i am not getting this , all process are running on docker and all containers are in running state.

It seems your url path not correct.
Once you docker compose is up and running, you can download postman script from here and its environment from here
Then you should to select env "esignet-OIDC-flow-with-mock "
