hope you are well. Kindly add the error logs from IDA-OTP service logs .
This particular error message can be caused by multiple issues and hence more info will be helpful.

I don’t have access to service logs. I am using an API end point at https://api-internal.synergy.mosip.net. I was given access to this to allow us to build a working proof of concept.
