BQAT SDK keep response code 401 and 500 in MOSIP Synergy environment while testing with android ctk toolkit on iris quality test(using SBI1077)

Hi MOSIP team,

I am testing iris capture using the MOSIP Android CTK and encountered an issue with the optional BQAT SDK quality check.

During SBI capture testing in Android CTK:

  • When I send iris ISO data generated with K2, the CTK result shows:
“BQAT SDK quality check status code failed, received: 401”

  • When I send iris ISO data generated with K3, the CTK result shows:
“BQAT SDK quality check status code failed, received: 500”

However, I extracted the same K2 and K3 ISO files from the Android CTK capture flow and tested them locally:

  1. Sending the same ISO data to my local biosdk-service works correctly.
  2. Sending the extracted image data to the local BQAT Docker service also returns valid quality scores.
  3. The local BQAT SDK / Docker service does not reproduce the 401 or 500 errors.

both BQAT and biosdk-server run locally is downloaded from MOSIP’s offical github repo and docker hub

So it looks like the ISO/image data itself can be processed successfully by BQAT locally, but the Android CTK validation flow reports 401 for K2 and 500 for K3.

Could the MOSIP team please help check whether the CTK remote validation environment or the configured BQAT SDK service has any compatibility issue with K2/K3 iris ISO data?

I can provide the sample ISO files, CTK request payloads, and local BQAT test results if needed.

Thanks.

I attach the one of ther request here:
