We are excited to share that the eSignet 2025 Roadmap has been officially published and is now available on our eSignet documentation! Filled with innovative features and upgrades, this roadmap marks a significant milestone in our ongoing journey to enhance digital identity management.

Here’s a glimpse of what’s to come :sparkles:

1. Performance Boost: Smooth, Seamless Experience

We’re rolling out significant performance fixes to the eSignet and sign-up services, along with enhancements to mock and MOSIP ID integrations. These fixes are designed to ensure a smoother and faster eSignet experience for all users, especially in high-demand scenarios.

2. Feature Enhancements: Flexibility and Customization

We’re enhancing our existing features to give you more power and flexibility. Key improvements include:

  • Client Management Endpoint upgrades for greater functionality.
  • A dynamic Signup UI that adapts to your needs.
  • Updates to the KBI form for a more intuitive user experience.
  • Pre-fix and Post-support feature to enable multiple login handle types, expanding your authentication options.

3. Java Migration: Future-Ready Compatibility

To ensure cutting-edge performance and compatibility, we’re migrating eSignet from Java 11 to Java 21. This upgrade will pave the way for more powerful and secure functionalities, ensuring that eSignet stays ahead of the curve.

4. Configurable Consent: Tailored User Experience

We’re introducing the ability to configure consent based on your requirements, offering you more control over how consent is collected. This feature also extends to allowing consent collection from external parties, making your processes even more flexible and aligned with regulatory needs.
