Review PR, and guidance on contribution

hey everyone, i have raised a couple of small PR’s in mosip/commons would love some review if possible (PR)

Re guidance on contribution, i see a lot less issues and activity on the repo’s, would you want new contributors to work on small bugs or issues in the codebase or work on features that has great impact on the community? if so where could i discuss such features or learn about any features the community wants to build (like jira or some platform you might be using)

hey @Varaniya1,

I didn’t raise any issue’s for the PR’s i made, these are the type of bugs that you would find when you go through the codebase for the first time.

I wanted to know if there is any centralized place (jira or some other platform) where issues are present to be contributed.
