We are excited to announce the release of Inji Certify v0.8.1! This patch introduces key enhancements designed to streamline the management and issuance of verifiable credentials. Here’s a detailed overview of the updates in this release:

Key Updates in Version 0.8.1:

  • Postman Collections: Provided for creating issuers and credential schemas, making the setup process more efficient and user-friendly.

  • Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs):

    • DIDs can now be generated using the web method with an empty services list.
    • When creating an issuer (which involves a DID generation call), this configuration is used for generating DIDs.
    • Additional steps added to make generated DIDs discoverable for local testing.

  • Credential Schemas: Users can now create these with ease.

    • Important identifiers ($.schema[0].author and $.schema[0].id) noted for schema requests to ensure accurate configuration.

  • Hostname Configuration:

    • Updated for endpoints based on Docker setup.
    • aud variable and audUrl in the Postman collection are updated to point to the local OAuth token endpoint.
