Postman Collections: Provided for creating issuers and credential schemas, making the setup process more efficient and user-friendly.

- DIDs can now be generated using the web method with an empty services list.
- When creating an issuer (which involves a DID generation call), this configuration is used for generating DIDs.
- Additional steps added to make generated DIDs discoverable for local testing.
