we have deployed mosip on aws with on-prem procedure. initially we are able to access the admin ui and work with it. but after 4 days of deployment i restarted the servers and verified that admin ui is not accessible and it is giving a notification that “Service is not ready to handle the request. Kindly try after sometime.” . what might be the reason and how it can be fixed.
Can you please check if the service is up and running? Both UI and admin portal.
