We are looking to deploy MOSIP for our sandbox, could you please confirm which MOSIP version we should use, also please provide which all COTs compatible to the version should be utilized.

You can use MOSP latest released version v1.2.1.0 to be deployed. Please refer to this release notes to get the repo tagged version.
