i have deployed v1.2.0.2 and i have deployment knowledge in these version
i noticed a new release in mosip MOSIP Identity v1.2.0.3 (Patch Release)
i would like to try these
i need to setup these in my local infra
what are the prerequsites i need first

Thanks for reaching out. We’re glad to hear that you have successfully deployed MOSIP v1.2.0.2.
To upgrade from v1.2.0.2 to v1.2.0.3 (Patch Release), please refer to the “Repository Releases” section in the release notes. The repositories listed there were released as part of v1.2.0.3.
Each repository contains installation scripts under the deploy directory, which can be used to install or upgrade the respective services.
If you do not want to redeploy the complete setup, you can alternatively update the existing deployments by modifying the Docker image versions in the Helm values.yaml file and applying the changes.

As you may have noticed, this is a patch release and only a few modules have undergone changes. Therefore, there are no additional prerequisites for this upgrade. You may proceed with upgrading to the newer version.

i have done these installation (v1.2.0.2)in on-prime using local server but the patch release is only done through AWS ( my understanding from reading the doc ), so if i upgrade the v1.2.0.2 to v1.2.0.3 is that cause any issue ? can you share your knowledge , so that i will be confident to do my installation

You can proceed with using the upgrade scripts provided as part of the release to upgrade the module in your on-prem environment. This upgrade is not expected to cause any issues.

The recommended version is v1.2.1.0, as it supports Java 21 and future feature enhancements will be built on top of this version. Please refer to the release notes for more details.
