We’re excited to announce that MOSIP Decode 2026 is officially live! 
We’re back with the fourth edition of MOSIP Decode, a global virtual hackathon designed especially for student developers to explore, build, and innovate on MOSIP’s open-source digital identity platform.
MOSIP Decode 2026 is an opportunity for students to move beyond ideas and build solutions that can create meaningful impact in the real world. By working with MOSIP, participants will get hands-on experience contributing to a globally implemented Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and collaborating with an open-source community.
This year, participants will have the opportunity to learn, experiment, contribute, and showcase their solutions, while competing for exciting prizes and opportunities to take their ideas further.
Decode 2026 is all about empowering the next generation of developers to solve real-world challenges and contribute to the future of Digital Public Infrastructure and Digital ID.
By contributing solutions that uphold MOSIP’s core principles of modularity, scalability, security, privacy, and interoperability, student developers can become part of a global open-source ecosystem working towards inclusive and accessible digital identity.
