Help in connecting via Wireguard and verifying access to private ip

We are able to access the bastion VM using its public IP from our local machine, but we are not able to access any VM’s private IP directly from our local machine.

As a result, we are unable to confirm whether WireGuard is properly set up and routing traffic through the private network as intended.

We need help verifying and fixing this to ensure that our WireGuard tunnel allows us to SSH or ping the VMs using their private IPs from our local machine.

Dear Sir,
The response for our query came after 2 days of posting the query, during our first meet we were assured of immediate and swift response moreover we were also assured that a WhatsApp group would be made available to share our queries none of which was done. None of us had any prior knowledge or experience of microservices or DevOps which made it extremely difficult for us to work primarily because we never had this course till now. Adding to this we all had various interviews and online coding tests during the same period. Because of the above stated reasons we were not able to complete the deployment process . We all sincerely apologize for our passive participation and failure to complete the job , I hope you can understand our situation.

Just to clarify — after creating the WireGuard tunnel, have you configured the corresponding peer on your local machine and ensured that the interface is active (wg-quick up <interface> or equivalent)? Also, could you confirm if the peer configuration includes the correct private IP range and routing settings?

This will help us verify if the local peer setup is complete and if the traffic is being routed correctly through the WireGuard tunnel.
