# Synergy — Partner Management returns 503 for Device Provider account

Hi, we are onboarding as a Device Provider partner in the Synergy environment for compliance testing.

We can sign in to the Compliance Toolkit at `compliance.synergy.mosip.net` and create projects. Partner Management does not load: `https://pmp.synergy.mosip.net/` shows “Something went wrong”, and `GET https://api-internal.synergy.mosip.net/v1/partnermanager/authorize/admin/validateToken` returns **503**. This has been consistent for several days.

Organisation: hyfUganda. Could someone check whether the partner manager service is running, and whether our account needs on-boarding on Synergy?
