# How to resolve this issue related to server not running on localhost:8082

while doing this step for auth-demo-services getting an error tomcat is starting but after starting getting an error  
Error starting ApplicationContext. To display the conditions report re-run your application with ‘debug’ enabled.  
Application run failed  
org.springframework.beans.factory.UnsatisfiedDependencyException: Error creating bean with name ‘authRequestController’: Unsatisfied dependency expressed through field ‘encrypt’; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name ‘encrypt’: Injection of autowired dependencies failed; nested exception is java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Could not resolve placeholder ‘mosip.api.internal.url’ in value “${mosip.api.internal.url}”
