I think you are referring to the relying party onboarding form. Generally it take 1-2 days for onboarding to complete. I will check and update you.

Already 1 day actually passed ,so please try to give response as soon as possible.

We need to integrate esignet into our project and we need to submit it by withing 5 days.So please give all details required to integrate esignet .I have already filled form.
