# Authentication Failed: Request failed with status code 504

GovStack uses E-signet for authentication in the [sandbox](https://usct.playground.sandbox-playground.com/driver-poc/login).  
We used this [deployment guide](https://govstack-global.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GH/pages/387055625/Updated+Deployment+Guide).

Recently E-signet failed with

```auto
Authentication Failed: Request failed with status code 504

```

Could you please take a look and help with it?

Thank you for the reply.  
Unfortunately I don’t have logs from esignet during the issue.

We restarted **ida-auth** pod and it helps.
