API layer between Reg Client and BioSDK for Windows and Android

Its common to use BioSDK from ABIS vendors in windows registration clients for quality check, 1:1 operator authentication . There is a clear API documentation available for this interface. For Android based Reg client also BioSDK from ABIS vendors is needed. But there is no API spec for this interface . Can we assume the interface API spec is same as in windows and android
